A knight that begins the quest for the Grail relinquishes his worldly posessions and sets aside his lance. A Questiong Knight lives a solitary existence, driven by visions of the Lady and of the Grail, few Questing knights ever fulfil their goal, some are slain in combat with mighty foes and some live out their entire lives without ever seeing the Grail.
